We will meet or beat
any rate or pay $100.00.

The buyer must provide a Good Faith Estimate in writing for us to compare. If we cannot match the GFE, we will pay $100.00 upon receipt of their HUD1 closing statement. The rate and closing costs on the HUD1 must be equal to or lower than the GFE to receive $100.00.
